Being involved in creating a brand’s Social Tone of Voice is something I am extremely passionate about. Seeing the transformation not only at an internal level, but at an external level is so rewarding and exciting. Social media is the source of brand engagement, it’s where it all begins, so when there’s a tone of voice that’s spot-on users feel comfortable engaging with the brand itself on a more user-friendly level.
